Mr. Phayboune Nampanya

Mr. Phayboune Nampanya is a seasoned Lao lawyer and a member of the Lao Bar Association, with a robust background in both law and business administration. He holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pannonia, Hungary, and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Judicial Law, Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Laos and Business Administration from leading institutions in Laos. He has also completed legal training at the National Institute of Justice under the Ministry of Justice, and received certificates of recognition for his contributions to the World Bank in 2017 and 2018.

 

Phayboune’s legal career began in 2015 with ZICOlaw (Laos) Sole Co., Ltd., where he served as an Associate Lawyer. During his tenure, he was deeply involved in foreign direct investment, corporate and commercial law, employment matters, and intellectual property. His practice included advising on legal compliance, participating in major transactions, and managing government coordination.

 

Since 2023, Mr. Phayboune has been a Partner at KT Law Consulting Co., Ltd., where he plays a leading role in advising both local and international clients on litigation, negotiation, mediation, and regulatory compliance. His work includes conducting legal due diligence, assisting in trademark registration and licensing, and supporting clients in complex legal and commercial matters.
